Lunch, Dinner, Dessert!


I had some tofu I needed to use up so I created this fantastic grilled tofu sandwich for lunch. Ezekial bread, Earth balance butter, savory flavored tofu, hummus, sprouts and spinach…………mmmmmm


This is a “Kind Diet” recipe that I would definitely recommend. I haven’t used saffron much when cooking, but it is delicious in this Moroccan Couscous dish.
