Does the sight of snow and chilly weather make you want to hide beneath the covers and hibernate until spring? If so, you are not alone. This is the time of year when many people lose motivation to workout, they tend to eat more, and the winter blues kick in. Before they know it, it’s spring and their pants don’t fit.
