Is yawning good for you?

I am currently on my way to visit a very good friend of mine. We only get to see each other once a year due to living in different states, but now she finally moved back to Ohio!! So after a few hours in the car, the rest of the day will be spent catching up on the past year of our lives. In the meantime, I thought I would leave you some reading material so you don’t get bored waiting for my return 😉

The first article is all about yawning (which I’m probably doing quite a bit on my drive right now). It talks about various studies that have been done and the benefits yawning can bring. Quite interesting.

Ever wonder how to stop brain freeze, clear a stuffed nose, or help prevent night time indigestion? Those are just a few of the topics discussed in this article. I haven’t tested any of these methods out, but they might help occupy you until tomorrow when I return.
