Happy Weather

Seriously, can someone tell me where it is like this all year round? I will move there. It has been 60F and sunny the past few days and I can’t get enough of it. It’s taking a lot of self control right now to sit here and write this post because I just want to be outside!

If you are also in an area that is getting a break from freezing temperatures, then I encourage you to get out and enjoy it. Take time and walk with a co-worker or friend, walk your dog, or go for a run or bike ride. This is the time of year when everyone is sick of the cold weather, has been feeling a little down, and is finding it hard to stay motivated. Now that we are getting a little glimpse of spring, I suggest you take advantage of it. Getting out and walking or playing in the park with your kids is an instant mood lifter and will have you saying good-bye to the winter blues in no time.

This warm weather may not be here to stay, but it will soon be back. So, go out, be positive, and be active!
