I’m a confusing person to eat a meal with. Gluten sensitive, former vegan, now vegetarian, but sometimes pescatarian? Some people call me confused, I like to think of myself as experimental. Whatever your dietary needs/preferences are, we are fortunate enough to live in a culture where food is in abundance and can be tailored to your every need. So, let yourself think outside the box and try eating in a new way than what you are used to. Push yourself outside of your comfort zone, you never know what you may discover.
